Effective 23 September 2026 · Version 1.0
This Privacy Policy describes how Mono Digital LLC, doing business as SimplyRamp (“SimplyRamp”), collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information in connection with its website and application (the “Services”). It forms part of, and is governed by, the Terms of Service, and capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings given there.
IDENTITY DOCUMENTS AND GOVERNMENT IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS ARE NOT STORED BY SIMPLYRAMP. Information submitted for identity verification — including any Social Security number, taxpayer identification number, passport number, or national identification number — is transmitted directly to the Provider performing verification and is not written to SimplyRamp’s databases, logs, or backups.
Full bank account numbers are likewise transmitted to the Provider and are not retained; SimplyRamp retains only the final four digits and the institution name, for display.
1.1 Account information. Email address and authentication credentials, held in hashed form.
1.2 Identity information retained after verification. Legal name or business name, telephone number, entity type, the verification status returned by the Provider, and the Provider’s account identifier.
1.3 Financial instrument metadata. The institution name, account type, and final four digits of each linked bank account; the payment rails for which it is enabled; and any nickname supplied by User. Blockchain addresses designated by User, together with the networks for which they are registered.
1.4 Transaction records. Amounts, assets, networks, payment rails, fees, timestamps, status, failure reasons, and Provider transaction identifiers for each deposit, conversion, and payout.
1.5 Consent records. The version of each agreement accepted, the time of acceptance, and the IP address and browser user-agent string recorded at that moment. This record exists because a Provider is required to evidence that consent was obtained before an account is opened.
1.6 Correspondence. Messages sent to SimplyRamp support and email delivery metadata for notifications sent by the Services.
1.7 Technical information. Log data generated when the Services are accessed, including IP address, timestamps, and request metadata, held for security and diagnostic purposes.
1.8 Referral information. Where User arrives through a partner link, the referral code and the date of attribution.
2.1 SimplyRamp does not retain government-issued identification numbers, identity documents, dates of birth submitted for verification, or full bank account numbers. Such information is transmitted to the applicable Provider at the time of submission and is not persisted by SimplyRamp.
2.2 SimplyRamp does not hold private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials, and will never request them.
2.3 The Provider receiving such information processes it under its own privacy policy, which is presented to User at the time of verification.
3.1 Information is collected (a) directly from User; (b) from Providers, including verification outcomes, bank account metadata, and transaction status; (c) automatically from User’s device when the Services are accessed; and (d) from public blockchains, which are open records not controlled by SimplyRamp.
4.1 Personal information is processed in order to: provide and operate the Services; establish and maintain User’s account; transmit Transaction Instructions to Providers and report their outcome; calculate and apply fees; communicate service notifications and respond to support enquiries; detect, investigate, and prevent fraud and abuse; maintain security and the integrity of the Services; comply with Applicable Law, including anti-money laundering, sanctions, and record-keeping obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
4.2 SimplyRamp does not use personal information for automated decision-making producing legal effects. Verification determinations are made by Providers as described in the Terms of Service.
4.3 SimplyRamp does not use personal information for advertising and does not operate advertising or analytics trackers within the application.
5.1 Providers. Information is disclosed to Providers to the extent necessary for verification, execution of Transaction Instructions, and the discharge of their own regulatory obligations.
5.2 Service providers. Information is processed on SimplyRamp’s behalf by vendors providing hosting, database, email delivery, and error-monitoring services, each bound by contract to process it only on SimplyRamp’s instructions.
5.3 Legal and regulatory. Information is disclosed to regulators, law enforcement, and other authorities where required or permitted by Applicable Law, including in response to lawful process. SimplyRamp may be prohibited by Applicable Law from notifying User of such disclosure.
5.4 Referral partners. Where User is attributed to a referral partner, that partner is provided with aggregate transaction volume and fee information for settlement purposes. Partners are not given User’s identity information or contact details.
5.5 Corporate transactions. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to the recipient’s agreement to honour this Policy.
5.6 Public blockchains. Transactions submitted to a Network are recorded publicly and permanently. SimplyRamp cannot amend, restrict, or delete such records.
6.1 SimplyRamp does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act and comparable state legislation.
7.1 Records relating to accounts and transactions are retained for the period required by Applicable Law, which for records of this type is generally at least five (5) years following the closure of an account or the completion of a transaction, and thereafter for so long as necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
7.2 Consent records are retained for the life of the account and for the statutory period thereafter, as they evidence the basis on which the account was opened.
7.3 Technical logs are retained for a shorter period appropriate to security and diagnostic purposes.
7.4 Closure of an account does not result in deletion of records that Applicable Law requires SimplyRamp or its Providers to retain.
8.1 SimplyRamp maintains administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest for database storage, access controls limiting operator access to that required for support and operations, and the architectural measure described in Section 2 — that the most sensitive categories of information are never written to SimplyRamp’s systems at all.
8.2 No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure. SimplyRamp does not warrant absolute security, and User is responsible for safeguarding User’s credentials and the email account associated with the Services.
9.1 Subject to Applicable Law and to the limitations in Section 7, User may request: confirmation of whether personal information is processed and access to it; correction of inaccurate information; deletion of information not subject to a retention obligation; a portable copy of information provided by User; and information concerning the categories of information disclosed and the categories of recipients.
9.2 Requests may be made to support@simplyramp.com and will be responded to within the period required by Applicable Law. SimplyRamp may require verification of identity before acting on a request, and may decline a request to the extent Applicable Law requires or permits retention.
9.3 Information held by a Provider is subject to that Provider’s own policy, and requests concerning it should be directed to that Provider. SimplyRamp will identify the relevant Provider upon request.
9.4 SimplyRamp does not discriminate against any person for exercising these rights.
11.1 The Services are not directed to, and may not be used by, persons under eighteen (18) years of age. SimplyRamp does not knowingly collect personal information from such persons and will delete any such information upon becoming aware of it, subject to Section 7.
12.1 SimplyRamp and its service providers are located in the United States, and personal information is processed there. Where User accesses the Services from another jurisdiction, User acknowledges that the information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not provide the same level of protection as User’s jurisdiction of residence.
13.1 This Policy may be amended. Where an amendment is material, notice will be given by email or through the application prior to the effective date. The version and effective date at the head of this document identify the operative version.
